You accept everything about yourself, flaws and all. You don’t look for outside validation to feel worthy or justified in your decisions. You “remember’ who you really are, and how powerful you are.
You can show yourself LOVE in many different ways whether it be working on negative self-talk, putting your health first, prioritizing your needs, setting boundaries within relationships, connecting to your highest self, journaling out your feelings, being with the ones you love. Thankfully the list can go on and on. It truly is what is most important and connects best for YOU.
My self LOVE list is filled with many different modalities, I am so proud to be able to say and truly feel that truth. I LOVE myself and I know that I am deserving of taking care of my life.
Two things I am guided to share for self LOVE tips are;
✨Speaking and choosing to be your highest self ✨- Connecting to this source energy within you. Through mediation, visualization, speaking, etc. whatever modality you connect best to. Aiding in you ‘remembering’ how powerful you really are, and knowing exactly what you need to do for your highest and greatest good.
✨Grounding your energy. ✨- Moments just to breathe and tune into my senses, finding presence in every moment, ‘remember’ that moment is exactly where you need to be. When thoughts or words are not coming out as intentioned to, just tune back in and find your center and truth. Being grounded in every moment is the most powerful choice to make in my life.
You are always deserving of LOVE, you are the energy of LOVE it is time you remember your power. 💙✨
